Nationals Limp Into Spring Season

by @ 12:31 pm. Filed under 2009 Nationals, baseball bat, baseball gear

No Mark Teixeira.  Not much of anything.  At least not much to get excited about if you’re a Nationals fan with spring training kicking off in five days.  The Nationals resigned Odalis Perez and outside of that, the front office did little to address the problems that plagued this 100 loss team.  Adam Dunn is still out there and he played for Bowden in the past.  Still, if the Nationals go one more season with 100 losses, you have to imagine there will be some wholesale changes in the front office soon.

The snow is melting and that means I’ll be able to dust off the softball stuff soon.  I bought a new baseball bat from Baseball Rampage in Columbus.  The place has about the best selection I’ve ever seen when it comes to baseball gear.
